LyondellBasell Completes Acquisition of Mepol Group and its subsidiaries Polar and Industrial Technology Poland to strengthen its advanced polymer solutions (APS) business unit.

Amsterdam: LyondellBasell Industries Holdings B.V., a leading global chemicals and materials company, has completed the acquisition of Mepol Group, a manufacturer of recycled, high-performing technical compounds located in Italy and Poland.
