Philips Automotive has launched GoPure car air purifier

 With rising air pollution in the country, Philips are coming out with the products to tap the market opportunity. The company has launched GoPure Compact 110, an air purifier for cars. This product will ensure the fresh air inside the vehicle and preserve good health of drivers and passengers.

The product is estimated to be under INR 8,000. GoPure is equipped latest powerful multi-functional filtration technology which eliminates in-car air pollutants which, primarily, impact those with respiratory problems. The device has three-layer filtration system that rapidly removes air pollutions such as cigarette smoke, pollens, dust, airborne virus and bacteria. It is plug and play product and very easy to install.

The company had identified the need for such product and GoPure addresses the rising problem of air pollution in India. This portable device will act as an efficient tool to decrease the hazardous impact of air pollutants significantly which arises mainly due to vehicular emissions.

According to Techsci Research, the fact, that most of the urban population in India spend a significant amount of time in their vehicles and increasing spending power, will be the major drivers of the market of car air purifier.
