According to a recent report published by TechSci Research, “United States Tyre Market Forecast and Opportunities, 2020” with a motorization rate of almost
790 vehicles per 1,000 individuals, the country’s automotive market is the
second largest across the globe. The United States tire market holds a huge
potential for LCV as well as M&HCV tires in the country. A steady growth in
the sales and production of commercial vehicles, expanding automotive fleet and
favourable government policies are driving the demand for LCV and M&HCV
tires in the country at a rapid pace.
As per TechSci Research, Hankook already
ranks among the top tire players existing in the country. However, by launching
two new tires for the commercial vehicle fleet in United States, Hankook would
able to enhance its share in the country’s tire market in near future.
Moreover, the newly introduced tire models would be available in varied sizes,
which would give an advantage to the end user of the country to select from a
wide range of tires.
