Ricoh India joins hands with Siemens for digital lifecycle management software
India: Ricoh India, imaging
solutions and IT services company have partnered with Siemens to strengthen its
position as one stop solution provider to manufacturing companies.
Ricoh India partnership with Siemens focuses on to offer
digital lifecycle management softwares, named NXTM and Teamcenter®. NXTM is a
collaboration software which enables designers, engineers, and on a broader
level the organization to collaborate; and Teamcenter® simplifies the Product
Lifecycle Management (PLM).
These two softwares will be distributed through Ricoh India
network of 24 offices in the country. However, Ricoh Group is headquartered in Tokyo
and operates in about 200 countries and regions.
The key strategy behind the partnership is the provide easy
accessibility of innovative softwares to the manufacturing sector across India
and also, to support the Make in India initiative, as stated by the managing
director of Ricoh India Manoj Kumar. He also added that the Tamil Nadu is the
major market for Ricoh India and the states plays a crucial role in the overall
growth plan of the company. The company aims to have INR 200 Crore business
from Tamil Nadu.
The company is growing with the aggressive growth rate of
over 50 percent from the last four years and is very optimistic to witness the
same growth in the coming year 2016.

partnership between Ricoh India and Siemens is an apt example. Ricoh India
utilizes Siemens product capabilities while Siemens is getting the benefit of
Ricoh network in India to enhance sales and revenue.
