Kawasaki to Launch its New Z900.
Japanese
Premium motorcycle manufacturer to launch its new Z900 in Indian Market.
India: Kawasaki’s new launch, Z900 is said to
be a replacement for the company’s popular model Z800. The company recently
unveiled its new entry-level motorcycle but has not officially disclosed the
name of the motorcycle.
Furthermore, the new motorcycle features
sharper lines and looks like Z1000 and it boasts 125PS and 98.9Nm of torque. The model is also enabled with new
trellis frame and weighs around 20 kgs than the existing Z800.
In addition, the all new motorcycle is
loaded with 41mm upside down forks and a horizontally mounted rear- monoshock.
With enhanced braking technology, the new model features dual 300 mm disc
brakes upfront with four-piston Nissin callipers coupled with a 250-mm rear
disc with single-piston caliper loaded with standard ABS. The all new Z900 is
expected to launch at a cost more than the Z800.
As per TechSci Research, with the launch
of all new motorcycle model, Kawasaki would further expand its product
portfolio for their existing consumers in the Indian market. The launch is also
anticipated to further intensify competition among the premium motorcycle
companies in India. Moreover, the model is also expected to assist the company
boost its share in the premium motorcycle market of the country where Kawasaki
is already an established player.
