Michelin Expands Its Off-The-Road Tire Range
Michelin
expands its range of Off-The-Road (OTR) tire with launch of X Force ZL
France: Michelin, the renowned French Tire
Manufacturer, expanded its line of Off-The-Road (OTR) tires, by launching all-new
Michelin X Force ZL tire, which have the highest load capacity of almost 3350kg.
Michelin X Force ZL is designed for commercial vehicles with gross vehicle weight
over 7 tons. The load capacity of the tire is 775kg more than the previous
generation tire and 100kg more than the rival’s products.
Michelin also stated that the product is
designed with high damage resistance capability and have a 1 mm deep
trapezoidal blocks in the shoulder and sidewall structure, which gives
additional protection as well as support to the vehicle.
The brand-new Michelin X Force ZL went
through various tests for a distance of over 62 miles and met all challenges
relating to runflat capabilities, crossing the military Finabel Test protocol.
TechSci Research believes that X Force
ZL tire by Michelin is anticipated to gain wide popularity in the OTR tire
segment of the country. Moreover, the company has targeted a specific set of
consumers by launching a highly competitive product in the region. Eventually,
with the growing demand for the company’s OTR tires, the sale of Michelin X
