AAF Flanders Announces Plans to Acquire Aire Filter Products

Filter Co. Inc., d/b/a AAF International, and its subsidiary Flanders Corp., a Louisville
based company, involved in the manufacturing of products for global air
filtration industry, have announced intent to overtake Phoenix based Aire
Filter Products, a HVAC Air Filter service company. This deal is expected to close
by the end of January 2017. The strategic acquisition would allow AAF Flanders
to expand its footprint and extend the quality and quantity of air filtration
services across the Western United States and beyond. Additionally, the strong
and established distribution network of AAF Flanders combined with AFP’s broad
product portfolio would strengthen the position and customer reach of American
Air Filters Co. Inc. within the United States.
Techsci Research depicts that the acquisition
of Aire Filter Products would aid AAF Flanders to cater the domestic as well as
global air filters market. This agreement is expected to augment the geographical
coverage of air filtration products for industrial, commercial and
institutional applications across the globe.
