Ericsson Reveals its Internet of Things Solutions for the Farmers of Andhra Pradesh
India: Sweden-based technology player,
Ericsson, demonstrated its connected Smart Water Grid Management and Aquaponics
IoT solutions for Andhra Pradesh’s Mori village to fulfil the state
government’s aim of developing sustainable and smart villages in the
state.
The deployment of wireless sensors as
well as the Aquaponics IoT solution of Ericsson will enable the farmers to
monitor their aquafarms continuously for 24 hours to get real time information.
This, in turn, will help in minimizing the production cost and increasing the
yield of the aquafarms through ideal deployment of raw materials as well as
continuous use of water.
However, the Smart Water Grid Management
IoT solution of Ericsson will allow the farmers to proficiently use the natural
water resources through actuators and sensors in Godavari basin.
TechSci Research depicts that the
provision of these IoT solutions by Ericsson will make farming more easy in
Andhra Pradesh by enabling the farmers to get real time information regarding
their farms.
According to the recent report published
by TechSci Research, “India
