Chemtrade Logistics Inc. Agrees to Purchase Canexus Corporation.
Canada: Chemtrade Logistics Inc., a Toronto based leading service and
industrial chemical products provider in North America, has announced plans to acquire
Alberta based Canexus Corporation. Chemtrade Logistics Inc. reached to an
agreement to acquire Canexus Corporation for worth USD1.65 cash per share. Canexus
corporation is involved in production of chlor-alkali and sodium chlorate
products for water treatment and paper & pulp industries. This agreement
will result in a mutually beneficial outcome for Chemtrade unitholders and
Canexus shareholders.

and strengthen its position in global industrial chemical market. Moreover,
