First Premium Subscription Service Launched by Wevr for Cinematic Virtual Reality

States: Wevr, an American
virtual reality startup, announced the launch of first premium subscription
service for cinematic virtual reality to set an appropriate price for its
premium virtual content.
This subscription service is being
launched as a premium tier of the company’s Transport app that is available
already for Samsung Gear VR and HTC Vive headsets.
Antony Batt, the co-founder of Wevr,
stated that the subscription is a step towards finding the right price point
for its premium virtual reality content. He also added “Wevr isn’t ruling out collaborations with other
platforms, and may also make some of its premium content available on Google
Play or other platforms. Potential windowing plans are still being worked out.”

subscription service will help Wevr to mark its strong impact in the virtual
reality industry by entering into competition with the major players of the
industry.
