announced the acquisition of Haarla Oy, a Finnish specialty distributor of food

in Tampere, Finland, Haarla Oy boasts a strong position in the food ingredients
market and various industrial chemicals segments. Its extensive product
portfolio enhances Azelis’ lateral value chain, bolstering its presence in both
Life Sciences and Industrial Chemicals across the Nordics. Haarla serves over
300 customers and maintains long-standing relationships with key industry
principals, complementing Azelis’ existing partnerships in the region.
