Round Hill Acquires Nordic logistics for USD200 million

Hill Capital, a leading European specialist real estate investment and asset
management firm, in partnership with StepStone Group Real Estate LP has
acquired Nordic logistics and industrial portfolio for USD200 million. Nordic
Logistics portfolio comprises of six aggregated portfolios holding 18 well
located assets spanning approximately 326,000 sqm across Norway, Sweden and
Denmark, and offers geographic and tenant diversification and strong covenants
across a diversified mix of industries. DLA Piper was Round Hill’s legal advisor for
the transaction.

Research, the acquisition of Nordic Logistics would
help in increasing the presence of Round Hill Capital in European Cold Chain
market. Moreover, the acquisition would also help the company in diversifying
its product portfolio in the European market.
