Microdyn-Nadir Completes Acquisition of US Based TriSep Corporation

Germany: Microdyn-Nadir, a German based membrane manufacturer and 100 percent subsidiary of Germany based filtration group Mann+Hummel completed the acquisition of California based specialty membrane manufacturer, that is, TriSep Corporation. As per Walter Lamparter, the Chief Executive Officer of Microdyn-Nadir, this acquisition will help Microdyn -Nadir expand its footprint in water treatment and process separation market across the globe. Microdyn -Nadir is already a well-established manufacturer of micro-, ultra- and nanofiltration membranes and through this strategic step, it would witness a significant growth in its water filtration business across North America.

TechSci Research depicts that the acquisition of TriSep Corporation would strengthen the presence of Microdyn -Nadir in the United States water filtration membranes market. Further, this acquisition would allow Microdyn -Nadir to cater to the growing demand for specialty membranes in the US.
