Ecolab Acquires Minority Stake in Aquatech International

United States: Ecolab Inc., a US based subsidiary of Nalco water, has acquired a minority stake in Aquatech International. Ecolab Inc. is involved in water hygiene and energy technologies and provides solution to chemical processing, building and facilities, energy exploration and production etc. Aquatech International, which is based in Canonsburg, provides solution and services in water technology and water purification systems to help end users reduce net water and energy resources. The company assists various industries and manufactures to solve water related problems such as water use restriction, resource recovery, reducing energy consumption, water sources and supply scarcity.

TechSci Research depicts that the investment made by Ecolab Inc., in Aquatech International is expected to increase its competitiveness in the market and enhance its product-and-service portfolio in the global water purifiers business.
