Clariant to SK Capital Partners, a US
based private investment firm. In 2014, Archroma acquired 49% stakes in M.
Dohmen SA, a Switzerland based company that specialize in the production of
textile dyes and chemicals for the automotive, carpet and apparel sectors. In
2015, Archroma acquired global textile chemicals business of BASF, a Germany
based chemical manufacturer.
