India: Tech Mahindra, an Indian technological
giant has acquired UK based digital transformation named The BIO Agency Ltd to strengthen
its digital portfolio including digital strategy, service design and customer
experience services.
The
BIO Agency Ltd. specialized in digital transformation and innovation that helps
organization to engage their customers. In addition, The BIO Agency offers
digital strategy service design, connected products, digital retail, product
innovation and e-commerce solutions.

Gurnani, the Managing Director & Chief Executive Officer of Tech Mahindra
said that the acquisition between the both companies would enable to provide
the digital services to the companies. In addition, Tech Mahindra will also
continue to invest in its employees and developing proprietary solutions.
