Omni United added new tire to its Radar Renegade Line

States: The American subsidiary of Omni United, Omni United USA
Inc. launched, the Renegade A/T-5 terrain tire in American market. The newly
introduced product pertains a “stone ejector technology”, as per company, to prevent
the drilling and clogging of stones in the grooves of the tire.
As per the CEO of Omni United, GS Sareen “The
Renegade A/T-5 is the pinnacle of the all-terrain SUV and light truck offerings
from the Radar brand”.
He also explained that the new tire is an
offering for the off-road enthusiasts, looking for a tire with an aggressive
tread pattern & strong sidewall designed to deliver an advance off-road
traction, without hampering the performance on highway. Moreover, the Renegade
A/T-5 is designed to perform on varied road conditions such as wet, dirt, mud &
snow, while concentrating on a peaceful ride.
The company stated that the Renegade A/T-5
tire is deployed with a tread block to eject stones from the inner tread of the
tire. Also, the newly launched product is featured with a third layer of sidewall
protection to prevent the tire from puncturing.
The company is ready to introduce 57 varied sizes
of Renegade A/T-5 in four different time phase. Out of 57 sizes, 16 are already
available in market, whereas, 11 new sizes are being planned to be introduced by
June 2016. 30 more sizes are likely to be presented by the end of 2016 or in
the beginning of 2017, as reported by the company.
According to a recent report published by TechSci Research, “United States Tyre Market
Forecast and Opportunities, 2020” with a motorization rate of over 790 vehicles per 1,000
individuals, as of 2015, the country ranks among the top markets for automotive
industry, worldwide. Besides that, steady growth in the sale & production
of vehicles, expanding automobile fleet and favourable government policies, are
further propelling growth to the United States tire market.
As per TechSci Research, Omni United, as of 2015, does not hold a
prominent market position, in comparison to other renowned multinational tire
brands in the United States. However, by adding new sizes to the pre-existing
tire line across the country would assist the company to build its brand name
in the country.
