Evaluation

TechSci Research is a very open culture organisation where transparency is followed from bottom to top. We follow a set of processes in an employee life cycle which start with training followed by monitoring than providing regular feedback and finally evaluating.

Though there are monthly and quarterly unformal feedback sessions organised for every employee at TechSci but we have two formal evaluation cycles in a year.
Evaluation I – January to June
Evaluation II – July to December
